Jannick...awesome!
Dale...those are killer grabs! Love them all!
Thanks Gregg. Pretty amazing lake, but not very popular. Saw only three small boats out on the lake the entire day. There is a marina but it is nearly eighteen miles in on rough, narrow, unpaved, winding mountain roads followed another hour of paved road back to the populated areas. My friends had a houseboat trucked in thirty years ago and it has never left the lake.
Thanks Bob.. first time I shot these damselflies with tripod ... picture from last year
I think I shooting handheld in the summer instead .. it gets tricky with tripod for these kinds of images I think

I don't know how you shoot these guys handheld! Wish I could watch your technique . . .
If I so much as think about trying to photograph a damsel fly they immediately fly off somewhere else. The idea of them waiting around whilst a tripod is set up seems an impossibility! I am guessing therefore that you have developed a talent for hypnosis Ronny and that it works on frogs as well as insects.
Great Gio and dog shots Gregg. Nalah clearly has some herding instincts!
Here is shot of my dog rooting around amongst my neighbour’s turnips.
Voigtlander 35mm 1.7 (new) on A7RII
Congrats on the Loxia 50 Bob! Love the first one above.
Beautiful B/Ws with lovely light Gregg!
A few from mine. At first I had some doubts about it for distant landscapes, such as #3 below, but then navmannz mentioned field curvature (thanks!), so I adjusted my focusing and think I have figured it out now.
Winter wonderland, Helena. Great shots everyone. Is anyone ordering the new e mount Voidlanders? I may get the 15mm. I don't use ultra wide lens all that much but would like to have a light and small one in the bag just in case. I use the Canon 24-70mm L II and the Sony 70-200 f/4 most of the time.
