Got my A7 a week ago, but weren't able to try it out properly until yesterday. First shot is C/Y Planar 50/1.7 @ f/2.8, second is C/Y Distagon 25/2.8 @ f/8.

Samyang 14/2.8 on A7. High ISO and all handheld down to 1/12 sec with some elbow support now and then. Usually F/5.6. Copied PP on all, some contrast enhancement and noise reduction. I have not payed attention to colors, I think the blue auto WB shows the coldishness around.
Impressive images! Is your Samyang FE mount or is that a Canon mount with an adapter? Thanks!
Wow, that CZ 135mm f/1.8 is awesome, huh? I have been resisting that temptation for two reasons. First, having to add another adapter and second,.... I do have a ZF.2 version of the f/2.0 Planar APO already that I also enjoy. AF and f/1.8 vs. APO and adaptability of that lens on a different mount camera.... . Does anybody know of a direct IQ comparison between the two?
I too have been very curious about a direct comparison--would love to see one on the a7r. I owned the 135 1.8 at two points. That and the Makro 100 ZF and 55 1.8 FE are probably the best lenses I have owned--but the 135 is exotic, has AF, and exclusive. That and the Zeiss 85 1.4 kept me shooting a-mount for the last couple years.

the ZA 1.8/135 is sharp as a razor but it shows some bokeh fringing. Bokeh is super nice though.
