Zeiss 85/2.8 Sonnar and 28/2.8 Distagon on the A7r. Today as an experiment I used only focus peaking as my focusing technique and the result was a disappointment with way to many shots out of focus.
The simplest is : Go to your photo on flickr- right click on it and choose original (if that is the size you want) . When you see the original - right click again - copy url. And then paste your url in the FM text box.
Still mystified - it does not seem that the ubb code url from flickr is "activating". Should I paste the url in the body of the message ? do I need to add some ubb flags ? should I use the ubb link button from the forum reply window?
You didn't click the BBCode button at the bottom of the share pop-up.....you used the embed code.

I put the Samyang 14/2.8 on the A7 in todays uninspiring weather. In comparison, the tiny Voigtländer 15/4.5 fits into the plastic cover for the Samyang front lens. Theres no contest which lens is the best performer (the Samyang). My copy have some strange vignetting issue in top right corner. Never saw that using it on the Canon 5D2, very odd.
Cool shot, but too many stitch errors in the bottom half.
2 heads on the right have issues, plus lots of little ones, incl the last A in DAYTONA.
True - I don't think I've ever seen a perfect result from the in-camera pano. For a real landscape or something I'd try to sell, probably best to DIY. But it's nice to have the feature available in situations like this where I'm just sitting in the stands and realize that a quick pano would be nice to have.

Herma102, these images are great. I especially love the first one.
Your post processing on that first image is especially good -- love the colors & the crystalline quality. Are there any particular techniques you use in post processing / downsizing for the web etc. that yields these results?
Interesting sunset here in Liège tonight, colours cycled from a faint yellow through pink & orange during the course of it, which along with some moving cloud made things interesting.

Youre 100% right, center is off set. I bought this lens for Canon several years ago. And for the (quite useless) reason to be able to add a focus confirm chip for Canon I bought the Nikon version, behold, where everything goes in the wrong direction. And to use it on the A7 I have not one, but two cheapo adapters
Lens is quite humongous on the A7 but as of now it's the best performer around. I'll post some more images shortly, quite telling nighttime captures. Perhaps something like the Leica Tri-elmar is close (or better) I dont know and I dont care as I'll never buy a 3000€ lens before MF digital sensor comes within reach.
I do really look forward to the possible near-future Sony/Zeiss FE 16-35. I'll buy it instantly if it withholds Zeiss usual better than average performance even if it is below the Samyang.
Samyang 14/2.8 on A7. High ISO and all handheld down to 1/12 sec with some elbow support now and then. Usually F/5.6. Copied PP on all, some contrast enhancement and noise reduction. I have not payed attention to colors, I think the blue auto WB shows the coldishness around.
