Philip. I already admired your NEX platform based photos before, but your photography with the full frame alpha 7 and this modern glass has come to just another level of refinement and subtle imaging. Especially the swan shot is a great example of a seemingly simple shot. But I know how difficult it is to capture the subtle details of feathers in the white highlights and at the same time have nice depth in the dark background. These are great!

Edward, congrats on the FE 55, and many excellent shots!
Shots this evening with the A7r and 50 Nocti f/1.0 @ f/1.0 6400ISO and 1/50s. Second is with the FE 55/1.8 at 5000ISO f/1.8 and 1/60s. Lighting was very low, and I was concerned about not having a high enough shutter speed, but I think with practice, it may be possible to use 1/FL speeds.
The CZ 21 Distagon is a great lens, I am happy with it in it Canon mount, that way it is not limited to just one body. I am afraid that buying any FE lenses meanins they are only going to be good on the Sony cameras. Though I am interested in the FE 24-70 as a weather resistant walk around.
