An impromtu timelapse yesterday afternoon....of course I get to the summit without having fully charged the batteries. Luckily I had a fuel cell in the backpack and now confirmed the A7Rii will run in the field powered by external usb fuel cells, in this case a Patriot Fuel cell. Here is a link to the timelapse which didn't turn out so great, the still shots beginning and end via a Nex-6 I also carried up, and a pic of the rig- The Rig by MedicineMan4040, on Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/medicineman4040/19796262664/in/dateposted/
Just been catching up on the last few pages and, as ever, so many wonderful shots that it seems wrong to highlight any in particular. There were a couple that really appealed to me however, Uhoh7's cat on 1027 and and Helena's 6th shot on 1026.
Start Point in Devon and, in the final shot, part of what remains of the village of Hallsands. All Minolta 35-70 on A7R
There are just so many amazing picts on the page.
Thanks to everyone for sharing them.
It gives me a glimpse of that is there in so many different places.
Today I wished I had a Batis 85 and a Sony FE 90 Macro to compare to this old Leica Elmarit-R 90/2.8 wide open on the A7rM. Definitely a different look to either of the other two lenses.
