You guys in Staunton can't have all the fun though.

I was up there on my own when this young couple arrived to provide some perspective.

Dangit! Fixed. I have been trying to use Amazon Photos rather than Flicker, but sometimes it just doesn't work. Also, it's much more work to create an Amazon Photos link. I guess I'm stuck with Flicker.
I see George caught me focus peeking at the mirrorless ground glass back. That's the excellent 90mm f8 Nikkor-SW on the Wista. Well in about 10 days or so I will post pictures, if they turn out Great to meet George, and check up on Leighton. Barbara was still doing all the work. Somethings never change
Somehow I came back from Staunton with an extra camera, or really a brick. Its the Argus C3 I acquired at the local camera museum. Will try it out in better light. The squinty rangefinder's going to be tougher than what's in the old Barnack Leicas.
Could spend hours and hours looking through the museum, the guy's collection is just amazing.

That museum was incredible. Could have spent the entire afternoon in there for sure. Samy is the only guy I know who can go into a museum where the sign says nothing is for sale and comes out with a camera. But the price was definitely right (about the cost of a good lunch)

Samy,Leighton and George I appreciate seeing your adventures and recall the fine day Robin and I spent with you and Leighton two years ago. I figured Barbara was still doing all the work! But I have to hand it to Leighton who lit the fire in me for focus peaking. Did you manage to entice him with the Z6 George! 😜😜😜
Glad all three of you had a fine day! Congrats on the camera Samy, quite the coup getting it!
