Ken, your recent series with the NOCT has been great! I have really enjoyed them and keep going back to look at them.
George
Thanks George! I took three lenses to Alaska, the 18mm along with the 180 but used the NOCT the most. Those shots are in PP because I used the NOCT in panos and stitched scenes together. These shots are still to come!
Thanks Laura and as I recall the static display I think you’re correct. My brain made me insert the “??” In my write up. Don’t know if it is flyable. According to my cousins son, a Boeing engineer, most planes were flown in then tweaked for display.
To answer Samy “Fifi” was here in Lakeland some years ago. They wanted some ridiculous $$$ for a 20 minute ride. I have shots that I need to dig up. She wasn’t at Boeing.
I decided to just go digital tomorrow since will only have so much time. Bringing the Z6, the Leica with Nikkor LTM glass and some of the less common F mount lenses.
Someone is trying to repair Nikkor 135mm f/2 DC lens on Reddit. Sharing here just because I thought it is pretty interesting and the guy is currently stuck at one step.

Envy you guys getting together in Staunton tomorrow. Have a wonderful day. I'm looking forward to the photos... see the three of you in real time.
I'll second that!
Leighton do you think Middlebrook, VA can handle the extra traffic.
St Fillans and the head of Loch Earn just before dusk.
The sun sets at 10.00 pm at this time of the year. I was hoping for the sky to light up but too much cloud rolled in.
Midges dining on Colin in Scotland and Steve dining on chicken, pork and bilberry in the Alps. We have some travel tales to tell today! The Lochearn brewery reflection is fantastic Colin.
Correct on all fronts Steve. Looks really scrummy!
Can the boys in Staunton beat that I wonder?
Plain old ham sandwich for me this lunchtime
I am trying to locate my father's 120 negatives from the 50's.
So far I have drawn a blank and suspect my sister might have ditched them even after I told her not to throw them out. :
