It's nice that these guys inspired you to shoot! Now, if I could inspire you to travel...
Spoken like a FARMER who is never free from responsibilities, and hence NEVER takes a trip himself...
Every time Sue's brother considers visiting their mom in Florida he needs to arrange for someone to feed the cattle, pigs, chickens and dogs... the life of a farmer is surely one with great demands... all respect to you my friend.
Sue was musing a few days ago about meeting a healer who is from Asheville, North Carolina and the thought crossed my mind that I could join her for the trip, rambling up to see you while she's doing some form of short retreat. It looks to be a bit over 300 miles, which would be doable. I'll see whether her musing leads anywhere and will price out the trip to see if it makes sense. Yes, I would love to visit your lovely town and see your farm. I'd probably even be inspired to TAKE PHOTOS...

Old car, new photos-I do all the work on this car-way more over the years than I can say, just finished replacing radiator frame, radiator, all power steering components. It came off dry dock in great shape, drives like a dream, no leaks.
North Dakota at the confluence of the Missouri River and the Yellowstone River. An AWFUL day with the small clearing that allowed me to get these shots.
Speaking of Yellowstone, has anyone heard from Ram? Like to find out how he made out!
Ken, lovely sky. Haven't heard anything from Ram since he went on his trip.
Serge, liked the chess game with the 55 micro. Oh yeah there's a few of those scalloped Nikkors around. Once started it never seems to end
Rafael, liked both the DDGs! And your gear shots never fail to make my heart race OMG, that 7.5 on the F is something else!!!
Joey, cute chickens.
Had to look up Mt. Pilchuk. Looks like John's back home.
LSUTigerfan, welcome to the 55 1.2K club That's a lovely lens! I try not to look through vintage lenses with a light source. Who knows what one might find
Samy, this is the same 15mm 5.6 lens taken with a D200 11 years ago, same Nikon F that I used for the 7.5mm series. I love using these lenses, but consider them and care for them as Jewels.I have learned how to illuminate better since.
