I brought the 24/2.8 and 105/2.5 PC with me on this trip to Scotland.
This is with the 105/2.5
A cliff top field of barley in the mid-day sun. On the path between Stonehaven and Dunnottar Castle in the north east corner of Scotland.
Another cliff top view near Stonehaven, Scotland using the 105/2.5
I was too lazy to swap lenses so this is a 3 frame up-down pano stitched in LR.
There is a nice amount of detail in the full res picture showing the capabilities of the 105mm.

Thanks Ken, I'll take some of that snow! The heat has been awful, at least for someone who has to be out all day in it with 35+ pounds of mail in a satchel...

Thanks for the likes I appreciate it.
Chris I am having fun scrolling my screen up and down and catching the "Wave." Weird building but terrific photo.
Colin aye to the Scottish coast.
Reagan I like the wall!
Samy great BW shot of the courthouse. Classic look to it!
Laura wonderful mill pond and building!
Worried about the summer heat? Here are some more from western Montana!
I've been really lazy lately and have hardly touched my camera. i'm toying with the idea of 'upgrading" to a good used D7100 ( i love DX for wildlife and birds) and would like any input from this group who always have their feet on the ground!
Great images recently and good to see zimelka from my neck of the woods - well nearly - what's a couple of thousand km between friends!
