Great spot for lunch in Bardstown just up the street from Old Barton is the Olde Talbot Inn. It's really old, but the food is good and the bourbon selection, as to be expected, is stellar.
Awesome weather this weekend in the Grande Apple so decided to ride the Staten Island Ferry for photo opportunities. It is the best deal in NYC (free) and the views are not too shabby.

I have been admiring the posts in this thread for quite some time. The 28mm F2.8 ai-s, is still in my kit from my film days. When in use, it is mostly attached to my D800. I still occasionally put it to good use on my FA, or F4. This shot was taken at Arches NP, this past October. I find the lens can still get it done, like no other. Mike
Nice shot Mike! Welcome to the MFNG thread.

If that's a Starbucks reference, your choice of "Grande" over "Venti" definitely shows some humility!
By the way, you should be sure to hang onto that photo. It'll have historical value after the name "Trump" has been added to all those buildings!
Here are two final photos from my most recent, short photo excursion. The first is courtesy of the 5.8 f/1.4 S, and the second was shot with the 2.8 f/3.5 H. Thanks for looking.
