Even more Wow Wonderful shots Kevin.
If someone has a 58 f/1.2 Noct please do PM me. I don't care about the body if it has scratches just so long as the glass and mechanically the lens is in excellent condition. I use fast lenses on the streets in Asia and I just love the different feel and look. Now that I discovered MF via the OVF with f/1.2 lenses on the D850 is fast and accurate I have no immediate need for a A7III
I think someone has caught NMFAS. Don't worry Charles, we have all had it. It eventually goes away when you either buy them all, or run out of money, whichever comes first.

Spot on!
Charles - and if you get near the NIkkor LTM lens "rabbit hole" for your Leica M be aware it is a deep drop But if you do, PM me. I have some lessons learned with that journey.
Don't worry guys I have been down the Leica M hole with my following for the Mandler lenses for many years! Still my favorites are the 75 Lux, 50 Nocti f/1.0, M and R 50 Cron. I was looking to somewhat replicate the M 50 Nocti f/1.0 with the 58 f/1.2 Noct. Surprisingly I much prefer the 58mm FOV for a lot of my shots. I only need the one lens but that is how it starts
I've been enjoying the slightly increased pace of photo posts and dialogue this weekend. Although I do own the 50 f/1.2 Ai-s, I don't have a lot of examples that show its special qualities. However, I do have a couple more shots from Englishman River Falls, of which the second was taken with the 55 f/1.2 SC. The first image was shot with the 20 f/3.5 UD.

You really should try the LTM Nikkor 3.5cm f/2.5 on that Leica M
Great shooting everyone! I´ve very much enjoyed these last pages. I love the 50/1.2 initiative by Leighton, I´ve never owned anything faster than 50/1.4, but please keep em coming
I´ve been using my camera quite frequently and shot quite a few shots, but I´ve been crazy busy lately.
Here´s a few ones taken lately.
This is one thing I´ve been doing, putting pepper plants in the soil and fixing irrigation system for it as well. Lot of HOT, HARD work. Guess Leighton can agree??
I hope the plants will survive the heat...

Get your ass back to Sony thread now .. otherwise you'll get stuck in this thread !!!
and then you have a nikon MF collection like Raphael
and minus on the bank account,.."boring with it " It's the bank account
otherwise it is certainly very nice here and many nice Internet friends
I have been following the thread from an iPhone for the past month and making comments and likes. We had a month on the road in the Vette putting 7400 miles on it thru nice weather, rain and SNOW!
We buried Robins dad and spent a few more days in the UP before coming home.
Took three lenses with the Df the 18mm 3.5, the 58 Noct and the 75-150 which impressed me by viewing Ken B's images … but … mine is not that sharp. Oh well!
Our goal was Glacier National Park in the north west tip of Montana. Drove thru snow in the Bitterroot Mountains and saw a few sights along the way and a few on the way back.
First stop was north west Nebraska at a place called Chimney Rock. It's a spire at the end of the plains and the legend says to all travelers "the easy part is over." It lies just before the foothills of the Rockies and its treacherous passes and steep climb. A stop over for the pony express on the Sante Fe trail.

Thanks, but I have now moved on my Leica M bodies. I did cull my system heavily and now only keep just 1 or 2 lenses. I tend to find 2 or 3 key lenses and they keep me motivated for a long time

Ronny, great shots!!! I have always loved the RAW files from the D700. It does not matter what camera system is in your hands !!! I always frequent the Sony thread and add some of my older shots. I am still on the fence with the A7III or A7rIII so I will wait for a few months yet. My main reason was video but I am finding 4K video on Samsung S8+ post processed through Adobe is exceptional. I love my D850 and D750 and Marisa prefers the D750 to the A7rIII, XT2 and X100f. Go figure as you can read all the specs. Marisa last weekend for a baptism used her D750 and 50/1.8G and 85/1.8G and I should post some of her amazing shots.

I feel lucky that I got an optically good copy. The infinity stop could use adjustment on mine since it focuses slightly beyond infinity. Not worth the trouble of taking to a repair shop. I'm just careful to check the focus on landscape shots.

Another market farmer in the making. Keep it up!
Why is your irrigation line suspended on the bricks?
Thanks, yes hopefully it'll be something like that in the future
After first week we put it right on the ground, we realized that some of the holes clogged. Perhaps due to insects or just dirt. So, last time we decided to try to keep the line above the ground, hence the bricks. I know there are systems that makes it possible to keep the line underneath the bed to be able to optimize the amount of used water but for now we are doing everything on a very low budget
