It worked, Andy, thanks for sharing. The water looks beautiful there.
Always good to see families taking children to an Art Museum. This was taken during the museum's annual push between Christmas and New Year's Day with additional activities for children. Pretty sure the artist for the hanging artwork in the background needs no introduction. 85mm f1.8H.

Happy New Year everyone.
I hadn't used my old 105/2.5 ais in a long time and had forgotten how good it was.
Taken with Sony A7M3
This is a great capture, Philippe! It looks as though the woman is either singing to the photographer or holding forth on some complex philosophical subject, while her hair is trying to escape for a ride on the horse!

Nice set Glen. I had to look up that color in your images. Its called green. Thanks for posting some. Its a nice change from the brown and gray here. September does seem like a long time ago.
Scott
Thank you Scott. The colour green is indeed starting to seem like a fading, nostalgic memory these days!
Here are a few colourless IR images from Big Qualicum River on the first day of October, 2023. These are brought to you by the Fuji X-T2 and Lens Turbo II with the 2.8 f/3.5 H (first image) and the 16 f/3.5 Ai fisheye (second and third photos).
New years eve day we had GS#3 for a visit. ISO 2500 and 3200 were employed on the D850 with the modified TC-16A. Lenses were the 35mm, and 85mm f1.4 ais. Way too many keepers
85mm or 136mm EFL

Playing with a toy I built for the cats - kid toys unused in the background
There must be cats at that museum - the Christmas tree is hanging from the ceiling.

I really like the set. The last one looks like some sort of spacecraft hovering over the trees. Or maybe it's just my twisted imagination.
Philippe, good to see you and terrific moment you captured.
James, nice portraits of the handsome lad.
Belem Tower (1520):
It is one of the top spots to visit in Lisbon. The structure was built to protect the harbor armed with 17 canons. Explorers would load supplies and board the ships from this point.
It was also used as a prison and said to e haunted by those who perished during their stay.
I was hoping to arrive in time for the golden hour but the days are short this time of year. Had to take this one @ f/2.8.

Anyone have experience with the Non AI 50mm f/1.4 vs the Non AI 55mm f/1.2? I have the 55, but that 50/1.4 in BST is calling my name…
The 50/1.4 is nice, but I still prefer the 55/1.2.
