I'm sure I recall you saying when you moved there that it was a great place to live but clearly so much going on !
And the last pic of course the GBR, on my doorstep in Cairns

You make me blush, Leighton . I hardly dare think of myself as an equal among such distinguished company. I'm sure there are others much more deserving of this high honour!
Ahh, success! Around here, it's a joy to see someone finally cave in to the gentle, relentless pressure, knowing that they will (eventually) be glad they did it! Was it Rafael's image-onslaught that finally broke you, Andy?
It's very nice to see another of your gorgeous, northern landscapes, Ronnie. Every one of them looks like a wall-hanger to me. You sure make that little fisheye sing!
For a change of pace from my long series of car photos, here are a few images from the annual sand sculpture display in Parksville, all in infrared from my X-T2, and all through the 24 f/2.8 NC.
And, just to further whet Andy's appetite for his new acquisition: here are some 200 f/2 Ai-s photos from the 2016 Roseneath County Fair, taken with said lens mounted on my D800E.

Thanks everyone !
I been busy using Olympus system for macro
Always as nice to look at this thread .. who knows, maybe I'll buy some excellent Nikkor lenses again

@GeorgeBo, I assume your W-Nikkor 3.5cm f/1.8 S lens was adapted to an Z body. Do you see any edge smear or color shift in your use (not in these images that you posted)? I am asking because I am getting a copy of the lens and try to decide which digital body to adapt it to (other than to use in a rangefinder film body). Thanks in advance!
Hi! No issues on the Z8, no color shift at all. BSI sensor on the Z full frame bodies help with that for sure. If you pixel peep shooting wide open the corners are not as sharp as modern lenses of course, but I would not consider it unacceptable smearing.
I have not tried it on any other body. It will not adapt to my Leica because the rear element diameter is too large and interferes with the rangefinder cam in the body.

Thank you so much! I will go find an adapter for the Z body then.
I use two different options for my S mount lenses.
One is a straight S mount to Z mount adapter made by Rayqual (made in Japan). CameraQuest carries some of their products, but I usually buy from Japan Hobby Tools in Japan. Fast shipping to the US and they also have lens repair tools and lubrication too.
I also use S to Leica M mount adapter (Amedeo) for my Leica gear and then Leica M to Z to the Z8 for the 3.5cm/1.8
I bought my Amedeo adapter directly from him but CameraQuest also has them. They have gone up in price, but are incredible quality with precision focus helicoid. * The product description says that the 3.5cm/1.8 will not work with the adapter and that is true regarding using it on a Leica M body (rangefinder cam interference), but if you adapt it via M mount to another mirrorless body there is no issue. The lens will fit inside the helical opening.

George, thank you so much for the detail information! I really appreciate it. I do have an Amedeo adapter for Nikkor 5cm f1.4 S.C. and the quality of that adapter is incredible! I will definitely check the site of Japan Hobby Tools this evening. Thank you again!
That's some serious talent in the sand sculptures, Glen. Thanks for sharing. Sure seems like there's a lot outdoor of events up your way in what I would presume is great coastal weather.
Lovely lady with the 200 f2 at the cruising event, Rafael.
That flower has a lot more in focus than I would have thought at f1.2 Laura. Great shot.
