Doug I have an old Color Munki that I use to calibrate my screens, and create color profiles for my digital cameras. Unfortunately they are all Nikon so I can't comment on Sony colors, but you might consider gaining more control and create your own profiles.

Courageous man! turkey toms always attack me.
16mm make a great turkey portrait, need to add that to reviews.

Jay:
I have a Spyder X Pro to calibrate my screen but not sure how that helps create a color profile for my A7RIII. After Jim's suggestion, I Googled "color profile" for my Sony, but mainly got stuff for video S-log. Is the profile for the camera (in camera), or for Lightroom when reading the ARW? Maybe this weekend I can dig a bit deeper
Thanks
Doug
Doug,
I think on your camera the color profile presets are in the "creative style" menu. I am pretty sure they effect only the jpgs, and video - since raw can be adjusted after the fact (if your camera is set to auto WB). All my cameras are set to neutral or standard, and then I adjust WB in degrees kelvin manually. In all my Canon and Nikon bodies the raw matches the jpg, because lightroom displays them "as shot" - which is usually manually determined by me. I can look at a light source and usually get within 100-200 degrees initially - then I chimp the screen and adjust accordingly.

Ah, OK
I only shoot RAW, so nothing to adjust?
Thx
Doug For an overview of color profiling see the results of a web search for custom camera profile. Xrite has a whole series of short youtube videos available. Here's one that shows profile use in Lightroom. Note that these profiles certainly work with RAW, the only time I've shot .jpg is by mistake.
An example:
Rafael, you must be saying the wrong thing to the flock, the ones I see on my walk start walking toward the edge of their pen when they spot me, 1/10th of a mile distant. They seem to crave interaction and enjoy attention. Most curious is their synchronized reaction to a whistle, they stick their necks out and do a gobble call. This will repeat if you wait about 1 minute and whistle again. Guess this is talking turkey?
I am working with my local club and showing some members what you can do with a $20 led ring light, reflector and bellows. Thought I would share one to keep the thread moving along.
Also, the theme of the month is/was Rings/circles. So there are a few of those intentionally in this too

Love the rings. How long did it take to line that up?
