Well it's been three months since I've posted a picture because my "buy and sell" expired and thinking of the "Friends and Family" incident where the sites BOT deleted my Christmas Post to Curtis I decided to "fine" the site three months of dues. Let that be a lesson.
I've followed very closely and pushed the like button many time. I've followed Raphaels lens test with eagerness and have a picture of an F4U Corsair to reward him.
George, you broke my heart as I was looking at Leicas, Whaaat happened? Never mind that was rhetorical.
Serge love the pics of old Italy.
Scott great camera and thinking you and Reagan are a lot alike in you camera choices.
Laura also have a few USMC Warbirds for you.
Leighton I retired 23 years ago this September and it took months before I broke the body clock at getting at at 0500.

Had to drive about 250 miles today, and I was going to go by a tree I have admired for four years. I always seem to not have a camera, or I miss it, but today I was ready with the D7200 105mm f1.8 ais, and the modified tc-16a. It sits on a busy two lane highway, and it was raining hard. So I shot from the car.
Love the black and white processing of this! Good planning and glad you were able to get a shot.
George

Too bad you're not in the Dayton area this week, NMUSAF has a couple special things going on Wed, Thurs, and Sat. If you're lucky, you could hop in the Subaru today and be here in time for Wed/Thurs, I will be at work though :/

There was a photogenic tree on this road I drive on occasionally, and I finally got a photo of it. Next time I went down that road, the tree was gone, a victim of its age, and probably rot. I think I shot it with MF lens, but not sure.

All right George you get a reprieve as long as you offer some Hassy/manual Nikkor stuff. No more drilling into lens caps!!
Reminds me of the days I pushed to allow different camera manufacturers as long as a NMF lens was mounted. So I'm here to support George and say down with fascism!

The huge piazza dates to the 12th century and was paved in 1349. Today, it is packed with restaurants and cafes along the perimeter. It is best known for The Palio twice annual colorful horse races with medieval origins.
First look and could not resist the red hat:
Palazzo Pubblico, ca 1310 and Torre del Magia, ca 1340s:
Subaru is long gone. Couldn’t stand it. Had it 11 months and 19000 miles and every mile it drove me crazy. I wrote Subaru questioning their clever design of “red lights flashing” on the dash when its automatic braking was engaged. It took your focus off the windshield to look down. Also having a light touch on the steering wheel it would blink a notice to put my hands on the wheel.
It was changed I was told and the idiot who designed it was probably promoted.

Thank You Sir, and thanks for the work on other cameras. Got an X-T1 & Focal Reducer I want to get out more with.
All I did was raise the question a second time. The folks of the thread are the ones who ultimately approved of it. That's one of the reasons this is such a good place to hang out on the webs.

Keep them coming. I also like the framing of the clock tower on that one.
Not too long ago Fiat built a budget car called the Fiat Palio here. It was so bad some called it the Polio. The Palio horse race seems much more worthy.
