Steve, my recollection is that humans don't have white or dark meat. Both types of muscle fibers are mixed together in the same tissue. So perhaps a rosé might be better than a chianti. Just a suggestion.
I hope this doesn't get me banned from the thread.

Here I am! With a family at home (mostly) there are minimal slowdowns in my corner of the world regardless of how the wider world has reacted! The children are all growing (too fast for my taste) and keeping Nikki (the wife, not the lens!) and I busy cooking, hiking and exploring (fortunately we have access to a few good walking paths and a 400 plus acre municipal park full of walking trails that haven't been shuttered), schooling etc. All the trappings of a home full of children! My trusty AI-S lenses are still along for the ride and getting plenty of shared time on my D700; the 58/1.4 G noct can't push them to the curb (although it has been a deliciously fun lens to use as I've learned the quirks of focusing a lens with such high spherical aberration on a non-mirrorless body). One of these days I'll get around to checking if my diafine is still good so I can develop my small backlog of B&W film. It's been a fun 3 months as I finally developed 5 years of C41/E-6/ECN2 film (it all was freezer stored before and after shooting and turned out great) and developed a bunch of my older medium format rolls that had set for a few years (also all good!).
I haven't posted many pictures in ages. I finally gave up on Ubuntu Linux LTS 18.04 being up to date enough for my new hardware (it wasn't) and caved and installed Windows 10 and found a FM'er selling a LR6 license so I'm back to ingesting photos as they get shot again. Odds are good I'll dual boot Ubuntu 20.04 once it's had a couple of months in the wild as I really enjoyed Darktable as a processing alternative to Lightroom. I was still learning the catalog side in Linux as Darktable doesn't have all of the same catalog features. I do still need to figure out an alternative to hosting my images online since I'm such a small user. I've mostly been shooting pictures of the kids and don't really have much in the way of outdoors things to shoot/share right now. Once I get caught up bringing in the rest of my 2019 images, I'll have some things to share.
It's been work as usual for me either by day or night at the rocket ranch (for which I am very thankful, several folks I know are less fortunate) so I haven't seen any extra time at home over the past month. I'm still looking to occupy Leighton's trade one day though.
It's good to hear from folks here. I haven't forgotten you and fondly remember the banter, images, and friendship even though my time to participate is very low in this season of life. Take care of your immune systems (sleep, sunshine, vitamin C/D/A, zinc, good food, exercise), spirits, and of course, your lenses because there's never a bad day for shooting MFNG!

Bad luck Rafael - I hope you're up and about soon.

Whoa! Sorry to hear about your tumble Rafael. Funny how we cruise through life oblivious to our surroundings UNTIL something like this happens. Yesterday I glanced to the left at the parking lot of a store I intended to visit a short while later, and my front tire hit a curb at a bus stop I've driven by a thousand times but never before really saw. My brand new front tire and alloy wheel were fine. Our bodies are resilient, but healing can take time. Easy does it my friend.
So to the photo challenge. I guess if I'm co-author I need to at least make an attempt. I decided to take a photo outside the front window of the cottage I've referred to in the past and thought since I've mentioned it a few times I'd take a wider shot that shows a bit more of the front room. This is a studio cottage so the front room is both bedroom and living room. I made no attempt to straighten so you'll see a cluttered surface a couple of bags. Grocery stores don't allow us to bring our own bags to the store so every shopping excursion results in paper bags... at least until recently when I told them to just put the food back in the cart. I put it in my well used LLBean canvas bags.
My Df is sitting in the trunk of my car but my much loved D700 was waiting on my kitchen table to be put into service. I mounted a lens I have used in years, the 20 f/2.8 AI-s. So this is my home and the view outside my main window... In all honesty I'm more than content living in less than 400 square feet.

To the challenge. I must say that it sure is a challenge (even though we are only two days in), just having/taking time to pic up the gear and do it takes some effort after 9h of work and then having some time with the family and THEN start focusing on the task. BUT, itīs a challenge and the challenge is accepted.
Hope itīs ok if I share both day 1 and day 2 in the same post.
Day 1: Circles
This is a shot from above my little Roland guitar amplifier. Itīs tiny but can sound a lot

Day 2: Something Broken
Took my bicycle for a ride to see if I could find some inspiration and I found this skatepark, partly broken and partly under construction...

We are lucky here compared to other parts of the country. The Tribe has kept its recreational lands open to tribal members and local residents with permits, as long as we observe the requisite "social distancing" (which isn't hard here).
Here are a couple of recent sunsets. They weren't the most spectacular color-wise - but getting out for any sunset is bounty.
Colin is taking the photo challenge seriously... reminding me of myself when I dashed through the TrekEarth scavenger hunt. You could very well be the "winner" Colin. It may be dinner for you and your wife at a restaurant near where I live... I'd even pay.
I thought I'd take another photo inside my cottage, this taken while sitting in that comfortable "stressless" chair from Norway. I spend time there most days reading or doing this or than on a MacBook Air. This is also taken with the 20 f/2.8 AI-s. I may talk about the teddy bears later...
Kristian, yes, circles are all around us... all we have to do is LOOK.
I must say the something damaged is enhanced by the presence of you shadow, but the scene is definitely ugly. I guess that is abundant in most environs also. We generally don't take photos of detritus. I'm going to have to try to find a creative way to present such a photo... likely by getting closer. I have something in mind, but I'm not sure how to approach it. I realize I did miss and opportunity this morning however to take a photo of the bowl of oatmeal I was about to eat. It is NOW eaten... I think Colin has set the bar pretty high with that plate HIS WIFE prepared for him...

Thanks for your thoughts about my shots. The skatepark was a pretty 'ugly' scene in an environment just as ugly. Somehow I get curious and attracted to such places just as much as I get attracted to what most would consider beautiful.
For a few years as well as right now Malmö is growing a lot, some of those ugly scenens are being built over with a big condo complex and a new 'ugly' scene is growing up somewhere else. It's a very dynamic environment changing at a high pace...
It looks like you have a really nice little cottage, love the minimalism. Me and my family are dreaming of having a cottage sometime in the future.
