I have wondered this as well and although I have no idea, my nod would go to Denis Regi... He's a guy who can handle it and has been there before. All vendors have to arrive the day before and everyone must wear black tie attire.
I am very sure even if they were an FM member/contributor they would be under a confidentiality agreement and wouldn't be able to say that they were even there as an invited guest.
With that being said... It is not me all though it would be an interesting wedding to be a fly on the wall for.
On another forum it was mentioned that is was Dennis Reggie. Now I am sure he is under a confidentiality agreement so he can't really discuss it but the person who mentioned it seemed pretty sure of that fact.
Keep in mind that whoever is shooting it is probably going to be a bit more on the traditional, but technically excellent, side. I don't think many photographers would want to tilt-shift an ex-president's daughter.
