Edwin - very nice set. I agree with Charles for #1.

Hey Ryan, great to hear from you! I thought you sold your M stuff, but I guess you kept the body? IIRC you're not a fan of external finders, so maybe the 24 is the way to go, but personally I'd get the 21 SEM. Based on the samples posted so far it looks like an excellent lens, and a relative bargain for a Leica. One word of warning about the 24/21 Luxes... the friggin Series filters are a major pain to find. 7 grand for a lens and it's nearly impossible to find filters for it. How are you supposed to shoot it wide open in direct sunlight?
A couple from about the same spot, just different points of view:
first shot definitely my favorite, arm is awkward in number 2, unnatural. But nice facial. Number 3, her facial expression is not my favorite, and you can't see her eye's. Needs secondary lighting for that.
