Excellent photo, cold green radial perspective lines converging on the model's face to frame the shades of red. Who said one needs a f/1.4 lens for effective bokeh. Which 35 cron?
Dustoff06, nice capture. The cron wonderfully resisted flare in that shot.
Doug, together with Charles, Seekuh and the others that posted the 24lux photos, you make me want to sell my 1990 MX5 miata for this lens
Charles, Thanks for the kind comment.
here is one taken early this morning, trying out my 90cron pre-asph which hasn't been used for awhile...i really like how this lens isolates the subject from the rest of the picture frame
Doug, i bet its gas mileage is more than my stock 1600 engine on the 1990 MX5. But both gives the satisfaction we want when driven haha...and thanks for the comment, yeah i'm an apple fan. My daughter may have been holding my iphone earlier before the photo was taken, it would have been truly an apple ad
nice shot Charles. What do you use to frame your photos, mogrify in LR?
Wow. wonderful shots all. I need to go over the images for the last several pages, I am sure I missed a lot of nice images. Work and travel has kept me away from the camera.
When it's too cold outside to shot, it's instead a good time to evolve my post processing skills. I've tried to work on some semi cross-processing to emulate a film look, which imo suits both the M8 sensor and the classic rendering of my 40/2 lens very well.
Excellent street set KL! You are tempting me with the 35 Summaron.
Ash, nice set from NYC. I like #4 best!
Doug, very sharp pic with the 24Lux.
Martin, nice abstract shot. Compositon is intriguing .. keeps me wondering what's happening with that float there.
