Lovely shots Ron. #2 is my fav
Juano, gorgeous set! All great shots!
Ryan - another 28cron 'poisonier' - very nice set!
Malkovic - very interesting shots - what's your flikr account name? Same as here?
Luka - another publishable series of shots!
Ryan, excellent shots with the 28 Cron!!
Gregory, love the variety of your street shots
Ron, great set! The last two shots stand out for me Love the PP!
Malkovic, really like #1.
Ron, how many shots did you take while you were in Switzerland? All nice, I like 4th shot where the man is looking down the steps.
Malkovic, more nice shots. Really like #1 & 2 from this set.

Charles, thank you.... i appreciate the comment
Gary, so that was your plan all along? hehe, not selling anything for awhile... I will be going to Manila on late July though maybe we can shoot together?
Ryan, thanks... looks like you are really enjoying the 28cron, great stuff man...
Gregory, thanks... Great set as well, my favorite is the girl with the yellow vest
joe88, thank you
ron, thanks...great set, the #4 and #1 are my faves from there
Yes, be sure to drop me a line and if I am in town we can head out shooting. I will be doing a lot of travelling the next 3 months in the Asia-Pac region so it will be hit and miss. I will say though that the M9 form factor would be ideal for a place like Manila. It would be ideal for walking around the crowded streets and "questionable" areas. Whenever I haul out the DSLR, it seems like hundreds of Pinoy's turn their heads to look.... Take care.

Based on file numbering, I'd say about 3300 in the span of five days in Switzerland. I haven't even gotten around to displaying the first couple days, one of which is about 700 'keepers' Had I been shooting exclusively with DSLRs I probably would have shot a lot more. The M9 has, believe it or not, caused me to slow down somewhat In part, I rarely shoot multiples to ensure AF accuracy - it's simply not an issue with the M9 - I only shoot extras when at marginal shutter speeds.
In total the edit for 'good' images is around 1900. Of that, I've culled it significantly for display of the better compositions here, and naturally also removed images from the Mark IV I also used fairly extensively for telephoto work. I still find having up to 200mm (or 280 with the 1.4x TC) useful and am reluctant to give up the ease of DSLR telephoto use.
Still some more from Geneva:
M9 & ZM50P, ZM21 (accidentally underexposed this one about two stops... it's a bit rough at full rez, but still like it), and ZM35C x2
Nice set Malkovic - I also like 1 & 2 best.
LL - interesting news about the lenses and look forward to your future images.
Gregory - great set! My favorite is the girl in yellow...though I very much like the rendering on many of the 50 Noct shots.
Ron - Great shots. I like the first two from the last set best...probably the boy running best. Great timing! I hear you on the slowing down. With the D700 I used to shoot the same scene 4 or 5 times just to make sure. With the Leica I take one shot and move on....but take more time taking the 1 shot than I did taking 5 shots with the D700. I think that is part of the enjoyment I have over the Nikon system
Malkovic - nice shots. I love the compositions on #1 and #2. The B/W conversion is excellent!
LL - Congrats on the new lens and great shot! I have taken many shots with the 50 Lux II and am quite undecided on it. I like the rendering very much on mid to far distance. Close up on the wide end I find the bokeh horrendous. The sharpness is not there until you stop down to f/2. BUT....mid range portraits this lens really excels. I am surprised to see you wanting to get rid of the 75 Cron and go to the 50 Lux pre ASPH. The 90 Cron APO I fully understand
Jberry - Gorgeous portraits. The B/W is absolutely perfect lighting!
LL, nice smooth rendering to the 50Lux pre ASPH.
Ron, haha.. I might reach 3000 pics in a month but 3000 in five days? Wow, I'm really far behind you. The first two and the VW van from this set are excellent, especially #2
JBerry, nice portraits with the 35/1.2. B&W on #1 is well done! We haven't seen much of this lens on this thread. Please share some more!
Ryan, #3 and 4 are my favorites from this set. Don't we all just love the 28Cron?
Ryan, I really like the set. It's a visual feast. Great use of the 28 Cron - colors, OOF rendering etc is all top notch.
Ron, great set. As usually I really like the geometry of your compositions. The last shot in the middle set is my favorite.
Malkovic, nice shots. I really like the first two shots in the first set.
Ashok, nice shot with the 50 Lux Pre-Asph. Didn't know you had that lens.
Joe, cool shot of the lightbulb. Nice b/w conversion

Something a bit different from me today. I was dragged (kicking and screaming) to the botanical gardens in Stockholm today by a botanist friend of mine. A very special plant was to flower - something it did last time in 1935. The flowering only lasts a day. Being thouroughly uninterested in botanical stuff, I tried to make the best out of it by bringing the camera along.
The plant in question is a Amorphophallus titanum. If you want a chuckle, translate the name into English
Amorphophallus:
