It was actually not the weather. I have 3 herniated discs and a pinched nerve. Hard to get around.

My sympathies Rich! I'm staring down the barrel at lower spine surgery for 4 herniated discs, 2 of them bulging, and a "cracked" vertebrae. I hope you have a quick and speedy recovery!
