Heard a loud crash outside and when I stepped out I was greeted with this. A young teen plowed into my neighbors parked truck with a golf cart.

I live on a golf course and see golf carts a lot on the roads, but in our town you are required to have a town issued license plate and a drivers license. This young man had neither....

This guy was sitting out front of a cigar store in Orange California during my visit there. He says he is a regular, and was born in the City of Orange.

Now I am not one to pass judgement on someone's behaviour, but I don't think this guy looks so good for a guy 35 years old. But, maybe it is not the cigars.

(ok kidding, I have no idea how old he really is)
