On a walk with my M9 and Voigt Nokton 50mm f1.5... not a summilux, but liking this lens a lot.
Can't help being a nature photographer... even with a Leica Rangefinder

Thanks, Dan! While we were traveling, my daughter asked her sister to take some photos of her for a school project. I told them that the lighting was too harsh, but they didn’t seem to mind () and asked me to join them. My other daughter brought along her Sony A6600, and I had the M-D. We felt like paparazzi snapping away when we entered a park near our hotel. It was a freezing day (around 30 degrees) but my younger daughter didn't care. She even took off her jacket to look good in the photos. She really has a strong will!

A person of my own "taste" Fred!

I embrace the cold for 1 reason and 1 reason only...well maybe 2 reasons..1 of which is... it "refreshes" me..the other is a "war story".

Your daughter has an excellent turor/mentor/father! Embrace that as I know you will! Teach her the "unseen" aspects of photography that you, and members here, embrace.

I have no doubt that we will see her "recognized" in some way!
