Went for a walk today while my wife was taking care of her business appointment. It's really too hot and not healthy to walk outside so I walked around a local shopping mall, very beautifully decorated but rather employ. All images were taken with a M9 Monochrom and Summaron 35/3.5 ltm lens (1951).
I had a summaron m mount years back...before monochrom cameras were a thing. I'm really tempted to pick another up to pair with my M10M, rendering is special

It's so good to see you posting images here again with your M10R/M10M! Yes, the Summaron 35/2.8 is a very nice lens and should work with M10M perfectly. With the newer Monochrom bodies that have such high ISO capability, I think they provide older classic lenses a new life. The oldest ones that I am using, a Summer 50/2 ltm and an Elmar 50/3.5 ltm, were made in 1937. On Monochrom bodies, they work out very nicely.

I don't think they produce a "bad" camera body!
Would you mind if I ask how much post processing you(and any other Leica poster) do to get these images? If any? Do you(and others) normally shoot raw?

Dan, thank you for your like words! I only shoot raw and process them using Capture One. I normally import all images with camera ICC Profile with linear response curve. I have a preset for each camera that does some very minor corrections for exposure and highlight/shadow. And that's about all. On these images with Leica M9 Monochrom that I posted earlier, I just input them as DNG Neutral profile since it's an 'older' Leica and Capture One does not have a ICC profile for that. In my own experience, Leica files require less processing compared with files from Nikon and Sony. But other uses may have different experience.

Thank you! I was just interested in how much pp the Leica takes to make all the wonderful posted images here. That seems to be the consensus of Leica users! The tones always seem to be near perfect or perfect and the crispness is unreal!

I also shoot raw and start in Adobe Raw and use Photoshop (latest version) to fine tune but it's not a lot. The M 10 Mono is amazing and the files need a little work but usually only to get the files to where I think they look like my images. I expose for the way I process if that makes any sense. Some of it is glass also. My favorite 2 lenses are the the Leica 35 Summilux FLE and the Leica 24 2.8 Elmarit asph. And they both render wonderfully.
It was "Pride Week" in London while I was there. The day of the big parade was pure chaos with the entire center of London shut down from Mayfair all the way to Trafalgar Square. I had taken a taxi out to the Leica Store London for a free cleaning, but no techs in store that day. No way to get a taxi back so I had to take my scooter. Tons of fun things to see on the way. All I can say is that there was some crazy stuff going on in London that day. All in good fun however.
The stores and office buildings were all on board with the celebrations including this store which had an amazing rainbow screen going on. This silhouette is of one of the ever present security guards in every building in London these days. Shot through the front window of the building from out on the sidewalk.
