A classic California Beach Scene from a not so classic California Beach Weather Day. The Tourists were still having a great time. I really enjoyed the interesting colors and textures the light fog, and misty drizzle added to the scene.

Here in New Mexico we appreciate all the moisture we can get, be it rain or snow!
Humidity is so low here in the Winter that snow does not melt, it simply evaporates.
A really nice feature.
This lot has an unobstructable view.
The house being built here has the best view in the entire subdivision.

It was cold, foggy, misting and raining on Saturday. Yet, this older gentleman was out on the Boardwalk jogging with arm and leg weights, and just a pair of shorts on. I don't think any joints below his waist actually worked anymore. I will say that I have never seen so much body movement taking place with so little forward progress being made. Still, the guy was all smiles the whole time. I had to get a shot as he shuffled by.

He’s got his ear buds in, and is holding his iphone so he most probably was doing the shuffle dance.

Next time I see him I will use my phone to make a video. You won't believe it. You have to love his energy and attitude.
Some first shots with my new to me Voigtlander Nokton 35/1.4 SC II on the M11. Love the small size of this lens compared to the Zeiss Distagon 35ZM. But I doubt the Voigt will replace the Zeiss, just add to it.
