I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to getting close to strangers & shooting. I find these types of events make it easier as everyone is close together to begin with, and everyone is snapping pics as well, so I don't feel like I'm imposing.

I find myself lamenting the fact that Leica didn't put a threaded release on the Q2 as this would look great on the Reporter.
This is a retired U.S. Air Force Officer I snapped a quick portrait of at last weekend's Woodie event. He was an interesting guy to visit with as he gave me a tour of the old Woodie he had restored.
I really like the smooth OF rendering of the Summicron 50mm ASPH , combine with the nice detail in the subject even wide open at F/2.0. No need to stop down a couple of stops with the Leica like I must do with some other lenses. In reality that was a pretty ugly background that the lens sorted out beautifully for me.
