Had a long business meeting in Del Mar yesterday afternoon. When I drove home I took famous Highway One to avoid the Friday rush hour traffic on Interstate 5, and enjoy the scenery.
The first image of the retired couple enjoying the solitude on the beach at Torrey Pines state park. I shot the image from the car, just pulled over to the side of the road.
The second image is from the famous Torrey pines Glider Port. I stopped there, to relax and enjoy the activities and the views. The wind had already dropped too low for flying. But this group was flying a hunting falcon off the cliff. That Australian Shepard Dog kept a watchful eye on everything. He clearly believed he was in charge of the event as usual for this breed. Fantastic to watch.
I had a great evening, I took the right path home.
was down by the waterfront meeting some people this afternoon. When we were done it was only about 45 minutes to sunset and there were some clouds in the sky. It was a pleasant 80 degrees this evening. So, I stayed and shot this image of the commercial fishing boat basin at sunset. I shot this from an outdoor table where I was having a nice cool drinks and some snacks. A gentleman's photography session for sure. It is not often so...
I did shoot in 5 shot brackets. But this image is from a single exposure. The M10-P sensor was able to handle the DR, no need to blend them this time.
