That Summarit renders quite beautifully!
It is an underrated lens in my opinion! There is a boxed 2.5 version for $800 on the B&S, seems like a fantastic deal to me, and I am surprised no one has grabbed it yet. There is of course some confusion as to whether or not it is truly a different optical design from the 2.4 version... All's I know for sure is the that MFD is shorter on the 2.4 version, but I suppose that in itself could just be a change to the helicoid.

I had the 2.5 75 Summarit and it is a real gem. It shouldn't last long at 800.
Just trying to push me over the edge ... aren't ya.
I've been pondering this one, and watching your pics to gauge if I want to switch out from the Voigt.

75/1.5 Voigt in the bag now
2.5 = bang / buck
2.4 = closer MFD
2.0 = APO
APO.
I intended to sell the 2.5 and the CV 1.5 to fund the APO. I bought the APO, sold the 2.5, and held onto the 1.5 even though I hate its haptics. I love the APO but, honestly, either the 2.4 or the 2.5 would complement the 1.5 nicely.
