To quote my wife: "you spent your lunch hour hanging around dodgy alleys again?".... Do you guys like color or B&W for this one?
Gary, the B&W is my favorite of the two, but then that is coming from one who often shoots monochrome.
I sent my 50 Lux off to Leica NJ this morning for 6-bit coding, so I guess I will not be shooting with it for quite a while. I tried coding it myself using one of those $20 lens coding mounts I bought off of eBay, but after going through the process of coding the new mount, removing the original mount from the lens, and installing the new one, I could not mount it to either of my M cameras, because the fit was too tight. After removing it from the lens, I tried mounting it without lens onto the camera, but still no go.
So...I reversed the process, and have sent the lens to NJ after wasting $20 and the better part of an evening. Lesson learned.

Joakim, lovely autumn shot! Wish it was in color though.
Gary, I like it more in color. I find colorful subjects look better in color.
I +1'd an earlier post preferring the B&W version of your 'dodgy alley shot' Gary, then Edward's comment made me look again.
I now prefer the colour version, particularly the subtle ambient reflected tones of the painted RH wall of the alley contrasting against the stronger ones on the LH side.
