No idea on 80 Lux, aFrIcanSH, I have 90 Cron-R as a cheaper compromise for that lens but only an M9, so no M-shooting with it.
There is the older Mandler 90 Cron-M that's relatively cheap? but the 80 Lux is one of a kind.
I love 21SEM and 28Cron, I find them almost indistinguishable except the focal length.
This first shot is M9/50 Lux, just shot out the windscreen from the passenger seat. I'm amazed how it nailed the detail on the cables, every single one is clear and crisp all the way up, like you could just grab one and shake it.

PS @Adam: no clue can only report my own experience on battery life. I thought they were the same as the M8. As everyone knows you must have OEM, as the clones are all terrible. I tried
But all my batteries for all my cameras vary alot in staying power. I did notice that auto off setting will make a difference. Compared to A7 the M9 is fantastic with batteries.

All taken with a V1 Summilux-M 50 ( with some residual fungus after a CLA - now sold[priced accordingly] ) on my M9...so glad I had a reprieve in my thoughts on M9 sensor reliability.
I always wondered if the Monochrom could do UV photography.
I looked outside today and conditions seemed perfect for a UV test. Sunny. Alas not perfect there was wind. Not deterred I grabbed my Plamp, the M246, UV Baeder filter, Nikon to M adapter and the Coastal Optics 60 and found the one tall dandelion plant growing in my yard. Pesky things they are but great to test the UV capabilities of a camera.
The biggest obstacle was trying to use live view at 10x. Given the plamp was attached to the tripod anytime I adjusted focus the dandelion would shake. Nether the less I wanted to find out if it would work.
Without filter (cropped) ISO320 1/250s
With Baeder UV filter attached ISO5000 1/30s
With Baeder UV filter attached ISO2500 1/30s
Although not ideal shooting and this was a quick test. Upon seeing the blackened centre of the dandelion I have proven to myself the M246 is capable of photographing Ultraviolet light.
Purely visual light images below, at St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican. (My previous visit there was my first foreign travel as a 14 yr old schoolboy on a school trip!). I'm a lifetime older now.
1, 2 and 4 all CV21/4 on M9
3. using Contax G45/2 (apologies for a large file however the detail supports it I think)

A few more from last December - this time Florence at night - really pushing the IQ limits of the M9 (at least for me).
Coogee thanks for the input! I almost got a 28cron but it was sold before I pounced. I figured 28 would be wide enough to put off a 21 indefinitely. But the 28cron, from all the reviews and pictures I've seen never gave me that special something a 50lux, 35lux or 50noct would give. Or an 80lux for that matter. I've actually decided to sell it to a fellow FMer...some day I'll own a 75lux.
