I've been riding in the backcountry for many years now, and one thing I'm noticing: the little towns are falling apart but the cows are getting healthier

The heat and humidity are definitely on at the beach, but there is nothing like a new lens that motivates one to brave the elements, and go out and shoot. I can see that I am going to need a lot of practice shooting with a lens that has a razor-thin DOF, but I will enjoy the process. (M246 and 50 Noctilux 0.95)
Why are all these people standing in line at 9:30 PM?
Still not sure how to process the M240 files (or process at all). It was still set on JPEG this morning, until I received my 64GB SD at night. Some cropping on a number of files, especially the last one (saw his reflection from afar).
Quite ambivalent about the 50lux flare. It wasn't entirely deliberate..I did point the camera to the sun but i had prefocused and waited for the appropriate moment before shooting at chest level
aFrIcanSH, I think you should move to raw files right away. It'll give you much more latitude in processing. Regarding the flare, are you using a filter on your 50 Lux perhaps? Nice set btw.
aFrIcanSH - 50Lux-ASPH flare is the ugliest out of all the M lenses, but doesn't show up all that much. 50APO flare is the most beautiful (but it sometimes shows up more often then I'd like).
