I doubt we will see anything that is hand made and not massed produced from a company that pays a real wages at prices that compete with those that are not.
Just question for anyone who knows, if you put 21mm lens on it (equiv. of my favorite 28mm), does framing work in camera OVF or it needs add-on OVF? In M8/M8.2 obviously..
In that case, you would be using the 24mm framelines..... I had no issues using a 21mm lens with the 24mm framelines and would just compensate accordingly. If you wear glasses, it may be a bit trickier for you....

Hm.. unfortunately I do, but I can use contacts for shooting (as I do anyway, glasses are not fun with most OVFs in dSLRs). Interesting that 24mm framelines work..

They worked fine for me anyway. I just pressed my eye right up against the finder and used the entire window. With a few hours of shooting you will soon know where to adjust with your framing...

Thank you Gary! Ron is right, I don't use any profile. In some cases I see a hint of red shading but definitely not as obvious as with the biogon.

About ZM35, I put this lens in regular routine to test sharpness and focusing. What I can say, A solid performer. For 18M Leica sensor, This one can be used WO to get decent corner shooting infinity. from f2.8 to f8, there is no difference I can see anywhere. The lens certainly capable to deliver more than 18M at most aperture.
I feel the rendering is Neutral. I don't think its Bokeh beautiful but certainly not bad. I need more time to generalize feeling about this lens. As for Bokeh, I havn't seen any 35mm lens flawless yet. RX1 might be better here still.
I agree with Ron that build is a step above other ZM. focus resistance seems also make more sense given short focus throw so that I can have a little bit better control. TBH, I prefer it can be slightly longer.
