JPopovich, you may be in the running for the best images ever in a first post on this forum. Although, if I remember correctly, Zaitz's was amazing. Anyway, great job and keep posting. For those of us who can only enjoy this lens vicariously through other people's photos, this thread is like photo cocaine.

IMHO this is the best one so far out of all those shared here. Two thumbs UP. After having seen all other samples posted here, I know I will get 24mm PC-E instead.
thanks for the kind words. Maybe one of my best, but theres heaps of good stuff in this thread
Dang! You guys have been posting some really, really awesome pictures. This lens was meant to shoot in close and Y'all are reinforcing that. Nice work, everyone!
I wish I could contribute, but since it's off-season, most of my digital equipment is being CLA'd at Nikon, so I've been shooting a lot of medium format film as of late. I hope to post back here again soon!
AndreasE, sheesh those are really great shots. Yes I'd believe those are wide open + somewhat high ISO shots. IF you shoot too slow a shutter, the earth's rotation would be pretty apparent and make a wee bit of star trails instead of the "pretty sharp" dots as seen in your pictures. (even at 24mm)
After much thinking, research and a game of Rocks, Paper, scissors with my daughter acting as the 35mm 1.4, I decided to go with the 24mm 1.4. Can't wait to get it
