Gesh Zoomer, many of us would be happy just getting one or two great shots in a sequence like this. You got....well, a lot. Well done, Ken, these are excellent.
Henrik
Thank you very much, Henrik. I was totally ecstatic I got this many in one sequence

You are a very confused person, Dan. It's not about the gear nor is it about having skill or talent. You just have to have lots and lots and lots of luck. It works for me anyway

Well, wow. This is a great, great series. "That ain't workin', that's the way you do it -- you nail the fishies on the inland sea..."
If nailing the fishes on the inland sea is the criteria I'd say this Osprey has it going on Thanks Mark!

Coming in late on this one, but I'll echo what everyone else is saying -- Wow. Right place, right time, good eye, good hands, and sticking with the action all the way to the end. You must still be smiling.
Thanks again, Mark. I have to admit that I just about gave up shooting for the day after this sequence but I decided to stick it out for another 10 minutes before I raced home to download the card Yep, still smiling

As an amateur looking in, what can I say? At my stage of 'learning' I am simply in awe of the clarity and IQ.
Breathtakingly beautiful.
Hi Martin,
Like many of the better photographers here it has been a long process learning how to get the camera settings right, learning how to control and shoot a long lens and then processing the images once you have taken them to make them look their best. I've taken over 100k photos since joining this site and I am still learning. If you stick with it and show some passion you will easily be able to capture photos like these.
Glad you enjoyed them and thank you very much for your overly kind comments
