Thanks! I just noticed that I didn't edit out the vignetting in one of those beach shots! Ooops! Damn 3-stop ND filter+polarizer combo = SUPER vignetting!
That's good to hear. At least someone is busy this year. We are scrambling for work at the office. I sometimes take TWO days a week off with no pay. Sucks. Its slowing down my 800mm savings budget!!!

It's feast or famine with me and my studio....lately I have been very busy so I am counting my blessings.
Ok guys (and gal) I'm off to Santa Cruz again. I heard there's some raptors near Scott's Valley I will try to get. And I'm going to take my son to get some surfing lessons! Hehe... See you all tomorrow!

Thanks Noelle! It should be a funny sight, a 22 year old and a 39 year old (yes I had him when I was very young) trying to learn how to surf! Hahahaha!!!
I should have left more room in front of the pelican huh?

Conrad, the bird shots are getting better by the day. The exposure is spot on in both images. The framing on the pijun is 100%, the pelican is 80%.
Haha! Ya it was fun shooting those. 6fps is NOT fast enough! Neither is the 9AF points on my damn 50D Hehe... I need to upgrade to the 1DIIN now! Anyway, where are those pictures you said you were going to put up buddy?

Very nice sequence Conrad. I like how the Pelican attacks the seagull in no.3
