Took the grandkids and son n law out on some backroads excursion last summer. Took them on a route with endless water crossings so they could play in the creeks. Gold 200, nikon n90s, nikkor 28-85 af, home developed, pakon scanned.
Unfortunately it keeps the worst time. It’s movement has been magnetized and so gains 90 minutes a day, easy. I have bought two different demagnitizers, tried everything suggested online, and the best managed so far is getting it to run..
Not really in the mood to take it to a jeweler who wants to charge me $500 for 30 secs of labour… The watch was a gift so it has sentimental value which is why I still have it. FYI typing this wearing my $15 Amazon Golden Hour watch which keeps perfect time…
