Just to be clear---the following is for a Pentax mount camera.
So up for free is a Pentax K mount, Kalimar brand, 35-135mm f3.5 manual focus zoom lens. It is multi-coated front element, and has auto aperture function. The lens is actually in really good shape, no marks, haze, fungus, nothing. Has a macro focus, but probably more like close focus is more accurate. Comes with a rear cap and the lens. It's only issue is zoom creep is you hold it vertical.
I ask for $6 to cover shipping in the U.S. just to keep out the masses, we can talk shipping to other places, but it might get expensive.

One thing I do is that in my original post where I offered the item, I will edit it to say what user won the freebie. Then you can look/search through the posts easily to see who has been hoarding.
I can tell you right now people have been grabbing more than their share. And one of the biggest violators responded to mine in 5 seconds. He didn't get it, though.
No rule says you have to give your freebie to the first person to ask. Do a little research on the pages back.
What I'd like to see is someone with something valuable who says "20th PM gets it," sorta like the radio stations.
Alright, you guys made me feel guilty. I have gotten a few things on here that are probably worth more than I have given away, so, I am offering up a tiffen filter wallet to the person who responds to this post on the forum with the best photography related joke that makes me laugh. PM's will be deleted. The wallet holds 4 filters up to 58mm.
It would be a shame to see this thread go south. I'm all for requiring the first "I'd like the xxx" post gets the item and you can only claim an item if you haven't in say the previous 5 (or whatever) number of thread pages.
It stinks that I'm even making suggestions like this.
Down in the Deep South there is a Yankee photographer and two young southern ladies -- a blonde and a brunette in the studio.
