The President of Mexico's airborne office.....no, the real president of Mexico, not the president of Egypt or the deceased president of France.................................
I can't show you the interiors of this one........cuz I promised I wouldn't................... The finished project came in at just under $1B, but who is counting.................

All these series of inside images are superb Jim!!!! So warm! So crisp! So sharp! So much detail and texture shown in some challenging light conditions!
Well done!
Dan
I shot an Airbus 319 recently that was a surprise gift for a guy's wife in India, but he was concerned that she was going to be disappointed that it wasn't a BBJ.................He has a BBJ that I shot last year and she didn't want a smaller aircraft than he had. You can't make this stuff up.
Depending upon the size and the intricacy of the designs, those aircraft come "green" from Boeing or Airbus, get their exterior paint done, then spend a year plus in the interior shop. The 747-800i took four years from the time it landed "Green" until it left for the Middle East , and it was $400,000.00 over budget, but heck, as long as we are clicking the pumps over here that's sand on the beach as Mr. Perot Sr. used to say. The whole project was interesting, I quoted $9,000 to shoot it and the design team told me that my quote was too low, raise it to at least 12K. Ya don't run into that scenario too often.

I seem to recall that you posted this image (or a similar one) previously. Is this the image that you photoshopped all the wiring/cabling taped to the cabinetry out of the image, or did they physically fix that ugly issue and have you reshoot the interior?

I hear ya Jim...The 600 has got some reach on it and produces beautifully.
Heading to the Wildlife Refuge Sunday for a day of shooting.
New R5 and a new to me EF 500mm F4/L IS, got some eagles picked out hopefully
Bill, I have that combination as well, and have been more than pleased with it. Amazing how well a soon to be 16 year old lens still performs. Enjoy it and share your results. You'll want to make sure that you're close to focused if you're doing birds or planes otherwise it can hunt. I have found that it's a lot quicker to acquire if you use the eye/object tracking with AI/servo and dedicate the AF/on button to start the tracking.

Thanks gerov,
Had it for a few weeks and haven't even used it yet...Been very busy.
And you're right Jim but the 300 2.8/L IS is a beauty as well.
Maybe I'll find an Eagle on the fence post that just ate a fish and is full and won't move for a bit.
Golden Eagle or Owl be nice to see as well and the Swans too.
