First time for everything. First time doing a swimming feature photo. This gal was very nice and easy to work with. She is going to the Texas State Finals for freestyle swimming. I had to have her do a breast stroke to get her head facing the camera. It was fun.

Thanks Dan, the trick is to light them but not have them look like you did.
Well you have that "trick" down to a fine science brother!
Well done!
How's this for a clean, clear, sharp image...
.
Converted this and dumped it in a HRD program and it showed this ?
And I thought pictures were made up of little dots and pixels...Weird !

Looks like the front of a tiled shower stall at Ft. Rucker, Alabama- Home of Army Helos Bill!
Some great conversation here of late and nice work by all!
Bill, Jim, I love that perspective you have shared in your P51 profiles. First time I played with with a super wide zoom was at the 2010 EAA show. A Friend borrowed me a 11-16mm Tokina and I started to learn how to get a bit more "Up close and Personal". My "Rookie" results below.
Dan!
The new jets are fine but one can't beat the style of the olde fighters! In Vietnam, close air support we always relied on the Skyraider for "on target" placement of its load!
I liked to hear them coming and get the hell-outta-the-way! Usually the "driver" was ARVN but we had our own boys also!

There's always that new A9III that just came out Jim.
Maybe Douglas will check it out for us.
Bill, as much a technology marvel the Sony A9III may be, most of the features offered by the global shutter don't do much for what I shoot. But I am pretty sure 120 FPS will get you that perfect opposing pas shot 99.99% of the time. I am with Jim on this, 24MP won't do it for me, I do a lot of cropping in my bird stuff.
