Big day, $12M in Fracking equipment rolled out of the yard in Fort Worth this afternoon, headed to The Permian Basin to go to work. Opec announced a million barrel a day rollback yesterday and well, you know what our administration thinks of energy independence, all good news for this operation. I did the first photo shoot and we went to Hurtado's in Fort Worth to celebrate............
That looks like a meal your car dealer neighbor Dennis Collins might order (one of everything on the menu). Looks deliciously like Texas!
It was great Ray, the beans were not how I like them, jalapeņo in them or something, but everything else was the best I've ever had, Banana Pudding not pictured................. BTW, that's $400 worth of Texas BBQ, glad the company was buying!
The last of the equipment leaves this morning for The Permian Basin, as I understand it, it will be working at full tilt within a week or so. They pretty much want me on the sites continuously from the time they start running. I'm looking forward to some great creative opportunities.

...and our Governor announced he wants Texas to make up for the loss. $80/BBL gives the producers an appropriate ROI, and that will provide a lot of new tax revenue for the state to go with our $80 billion surplus. Hopefully the state will spend it where it is lawfully suppose to go, toward education. We will see.

Some big countries are starting to settle their trades without using the US$ as payment method. No doubt our importance in the world has been declining, I lay the blame on Bill Clinton for feverishly pushing to bring China in the WTO and granting them "Most Favorite Nation" trading status, and George W for putting all the resources in the Middle East when the dragon in the East quietly laughed and reeled its communist head. These are damages that will last for decades or longer. I said that here many times, we raised a tiger cub that will bite us.
I love me some Texas BBQ! Jim, I hope you didn't eat the BBQ with Budweiser, they are promoting a tran. Not that I have particular disdain for trans but this is just getting on my face!
Sorry for the Wednesday morning rant! Time to shoot more eagles and forget about this crazy world.
For a good laugh, I saw this yesterday. Nice tail!

I may have told this story. In the early '90s I worked for a company and we manufactured our own printed circuit boards (PCB). Due to EPA requirements, we had to stop due to the cost of disposing the effluent water we collected from cleaning the boards after soldering. I was often sent out to audit new manufacturers to add them on our approved suppliers list. They kept closing up citing the EPA requirements. I even asked friends in other industries who they used and they all replied China. We finally quit designing and manufacturing our own communication, command and control components and bought systems off the shelf. Of course they were all made from mostly Chinese components which the companies had taught China how to produce. We are our own worse enemy.

Thanks Dan!
I just found this: "Aberdeen Proving Ground officials say the base has 24-hour testing operations scheduled for Tuesday, April 4 and ending at 5 p.m. om Thursday, April 6, 2023. Noise may be heard in some areas off the installation. Military weapons will be visible during daytime and nighttime hours. Residents may hear weapons firing and see flashes or light visible off post from illumination devices."
Not sure what they are testing and if a Chinese-looking guy is allowed to see.

The road off Rt1 N is easy to find and a sight to see IF you can get past the MP's!

Douglas, just tell them you identify as anything but the obvious. If it is an Army M.P. it will only look at you funny, then say "OK". If it is an Air Force S.P. it will slap you on the back then say "come on in". If it is a Navy Shore Patrol, it will ask you for a date.

We are indeed Ray, we're soooo dumb and have been for a long, long time. We have kicked so many cans down the road for so long they are rolling back downhill on us.

Thanks Dan, it was a huge day in the life of this startup. Supply chain issues and manufacturer problems delayed, and even put their existence in jeopardy, but those hurdles were negotiated and behind them as the equipment rolled out the gate yesterday and today. Their services are in extreme demand by all the big drilling companies so it should be downhill from here.
