My wife suggested that we take in the Blue Angels homecoming airshow last Saturday and I try not to disappoint her… :-)
I haven't been to see them in a couple of years and am slowly getting back into some photography for fun. These were all shot with the Fuji X-T4 and 50-140, most have significant cropping. I’m pleased with the performance of the gear and realize how rusty one can get when you don't practice regularly.
Love the Stearman Leo!! Love any bi/triplane! Great captures!

To my American friends of any and all ethnicities(?)!!!! You are American and celebrate it as one with your own individual "taste" thrown in!!
Stay safe brother!

Our corn and soy bean season is over here Ray! The last of the crops have been harvested and shipped.
Many a harvester sitting in the vacant fields awaiting travel to their next harvest further South!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Turkey Day everyone. Today begins my week of indentured servitude to Sheila so I'll be pretty much comm out until my chores are behind me.
Yeah Jim! My "honey-do" list begins tomorrow!

I saw this today... Thought of you and your storage quandries.
Wow
I am having the same quandary Zane. I took JIm's advice on a RAID ARRAY and it works well BUT...I need a program that backsup those photo edits done since the last full backup automatically. I have used up way to many Mbs of space with doubled entries.

I've looked at tape back ups but they aren't inexpensive and general opinion is that they are more prone to failure than hard drives. Years ago I bought a software named "Hedge" hoping that it would do what Dan is looking for, it didn't, or I wasn't savvy enough to set it up. I do all of my back ups manually, yes it's time consuming, but I know where it is and what I have.
I need to order two more 18TB hard drives from OWC, and a Thunderbay 8 enclosure. That should cover my storage and redundancy needs through 2023.
