James, I've come to the conclusion that you're cheating. You have a time machine and are taking photos back then and trying to fool us into thinking that they're new.
Last weekend the CAF hosted the Wings Over Dallas airshow, great weekend of warbirds ( a T-33 was the only jet to be seen)
The light at KRBD is terrible for photography, but the sights and sounds are wonderful.
I experimented a little with some Neutral Density filters while the birds were taxing out for the show, interesting results at really slow shutter speeds and high f-stops.
Don't know if they are over done or just different?

Just finished a series of corporate videos and client testimonials, hours of post production but I'm excited about the end product. Video/cinematography, yet one more thing I said that I was never going to do one would think I would learn not to make such definitive statements.
I think that I mentioned the fact that I have fallen back in love with my 800mm Canon glass. I decided the I'd really put it through the mill at AFW 2019 and decide it's fate based upon the resulting images. Well, the 1DXII (soon to be III) and the 800mm are a lethal combo that I just don't think I can do without. CPS went completely through it a few months ago ($500 well spent) and it's as snappy as it ever was. This 800mm was the first one in the country so it's been in service for a while.
This image, full frame, is the icing on the cake. As long as I can lift it and there's Extra Strength Excedrin available, the 800 will remain in service.
Thanks Joe! I have put it on a tripod, even bought a Wimberley Mount, nothing works for aviation but handheld. I will admit that it gets painful now and then, even excruciating pointing it vertically for any length of time, but you have to ask yourself, "Do you want the shot, or not?"
The combination weighs in at around 18 pounds, raising that a couple of hundred times in a day will get your attention.
Thanks JDE, it exacts a price for sure, but I'm blessed to still be able to wield it. That Bell capture at 1/10th of a second panning with the 800, well, ..........it's better to be lucky than good
