They need a unit that will fit on the camera body ( like a lens ) and blow a little air and vacuum at the same time or on and off again to clean sensors...You think that would work without having to actually touch the sensor with anything
Actually Bill, you aren't touching the sensor, there is an anti aliasing filter that protects it. There is obviously a lot less crud getting on the sensor with the mirrorless design, but it still happens.
Those Cormorants Bird are crazy looking birds, ...nice shots cs3is.

Love the Helo Jim.

I'll let you clean my sensors as it's been years since doing that and don't think I was that good at it.
I guess it shouldn't be surprising, but the contrast that this color scheme presents is loved by the AF system on the R5II. Every image I shot of Kevin is dead on sharp.

Problem with those highly maneuverable chutes is, they take a lot more training and they aren't anywhere near as reliable as the ones that you used. You can't take thousands of guys, put those on and toss them out of a C130, the percentage that would successfully land and be able to carry out the mission would be much lower. You guys did pretty darn well with what you were given I'd say.

I am hoping to A2A the F-22 some day....
I was at the Sun N Fun airshow on Friday and Saturday. One of the highlights was the F-16 Viper Demo still in the 50th anniversary paint scheme from last year. I didn't get to see it last year, glad they are keeping it for one more year.

Our landings could be quite hard Jim! We were at the mercy of the wind 100%!
Thanks!

Nice F-16 images you got. I saw them it last year, when it landed way across the field, and then the day of the show, it took a mechanical and they sent up the normal paint scheme F-16 with the red/white/blue tail.
All that time and money and fun, spoiled. The day was a success, but the F-16 was what I wanted for the wall, so I felt and still feel bad.
From the sunset/evening show on Sat. I didn't stay for the night show/pyros/drones and fireworks because I had to leave to drive to Cape Canaveral in a hurry watch the SpaceX rocket launch.
