It's one hellova plane.
God Bless the "drivers" and airmen who flew them! The "Grim Reaper" lost one here! Eat dust!

And those worried about the sky, first one with blue sky was last night, no edit.
The rest were today at 10:00 am, dull, a little smoky and HOT yukky skies so had to edit those.
Thank you Bill, Dan!
Bill, amazing shots!! I am still deleting 99% of the shots from the Sacramento show from the 1.5 nights (long story short, I missed half of the evening show on Sat. because I got stranded on the highway when my rental car stalled). I took 13K pictures from the two nights. I will probably end up with 100.
A few more from my trip.

Absolutely beautiful Douglas,
Looks like you did some hiking as well. That Voigtlander picture is gorgeous...Nice work.
I don't feel so bad with only 7982 files, , blurry one's delete fast so that saves looking time.
Glad you're back home safe and all.
Was great talking till 2:00am with you and Jeff, if I wasn't leaving at 5:30am I'd had Jeff put on some coffee so we all could have talked longer.

Thank you Bill! I did no hiking, unless you count the 100 yards from the parking lot to the Glacier Point viewing area as hiking. I keep three Voigtlander lenses (15, 21 and 35) mainly for their beautiful rendering and sunstar (subjective of course). I have deleted over 10000 files today, down to 2800 now, still a long way to go.
from Sunday evening, gorgeous light, one of the main reasons I took the trip.

Looks like you did good Sunday night and there's that moon shot we tried all Saturday night to get...Nice work.
Thank you Bill! I missed a lot of the shots with the moon because I wasn'y paying attention...
Douglas, the landscapes are beautifully done. Take care
