Man! It's tough to post after what Bill posted! That sunset shot . I would like to get some shots of the F-16 in the new paint scheme before they change it again. The closest show where it will perform is in Rochester, NY, 360 miles away, another tough day trip if I go.
Some more from Dover yesterday.
Off to Annapolis to watch the BA rehearsal tomorrow, it's only 30 miles away this time.
Had to reset my log-in details as not logged in for eons but had to just to praise Bill's sunset Viper shot, you'll not see a better shot of that demo F-16 all season!
Douglas,
first off, yet another outstanding series. I'm glad you got the F-15 from all those angles. As cool and capable as all the new-gen aircraft are, there is a small set that are older who just look more impressive. The F-4 and the F-15 are two such aircraft. Very cool stuff here.

Been scrambling and night before last I received a panic call from my daughter. Seems that they had procrastinated as long as they could on Faith's senior portrait, and time was up. You know that old saying about lack of planning on your part doesn't mean an emergency on mine? Well that doesn't hold true fro Grandchildren, ...........or clients, or wives.....or children for that matter..........well it just isn't true I guess
So, I put my thinking cap on to come up with a sure fire location because there was going to be no room for error, no scouting, no redo's. A quick phone call to a dear friend and client opened the gate to his "Circle T Ranch" for us, and the weather/light cooperated beautifully last evening. There are no bad angles on the ranch, or on Faith for that matter..............
Nice shot Jim,
You always seem to pull wabbits outta your hat but you been doing that for decades maybe even half a century and you're very good at it but you know how to make things work. Surprised you don't have a little studio in your hanger with different backdrops and all for occasions that might pop up.
