Mute Swan - D300 + Nikkor 200-400, f4, 1/750 SS, - 1.0 EV. I was photographing something else and this Swan was chasing two geese away from the nest his female partner was sitting on. He caught my eye and I had just a second to snap one shot. This is full frame - no crop!

Definitely an amazing catch there Bill. Love how the water forms a crown of sorts around him.
Nikon D70 + Nikkor 80-200 AFS. A favorite of mine because I was in Colorado with my son on a trip to celebrate his graduation. We were on Mt Evans, not too far from the top doing some hiking. This Mt Goat saw me and turned quickly and in the process gave me this pose. It was very cold, windy, and the subject has very strong back lighting but it's a great memory of a father-son trip in nature. Bill
While I don't consider it one of my best, Playboy Germany was willing to pay full double-truck rates for this one used in the March edition. Now I have to decide which new body to buy......
Nice Eiffel Tower shot. You may want to be careful; I read somewhere that night shots of the tower (particularly the light show going up it, I guess) are copyrighted.
