Man, I give up. Next to all these great landscape shots, my stuff attracts flies:

Wow Chris, that shot is stunning! Where was it taken?

I shot this today and developed it myself tonight:

N80+24/2.8 on Tri-X. My developing ability is rudimentary at best, and I had a lot of help as it was. Still, my composition is the same as it has been. Don't need developer for that, thankfully.

Funny that I was just telling someone about this place over the weekend. Now that I have something more than a Polaroid One Step, I want to go back and shoot around there too, although Alamogordo has changed quite a bit since I left there 28 years ago. Wonder if the remains of the Dew Drop Inn are still there on 54 South?? (If you have seen the movie "Them" you'll recognize the name.)

I´ve been using today a B&W 10-stop nd filter for the first time. And I love it!

But, I´m not very clever and the day was, windy, with lots of waves, and lots of mini-drops of water began to fill the surface of the filter.... and I didn´t see them until now in my computer, while raising some shadows... I´ve ruined some good photos, I´m afraid.

Any way, the first three of the afternoon are almost water-free jaja.

You can see in this one, in the big rock, there´s lack of detail because I had to fix too many drops

Pablo, third one - EXCELLENT! You should post them in larger sizes if possible. My 24" monitor has a lot of extra space around your pictures

GMan... Dungey shot = fantastic. Wicked good eyes and general POP to the shot.

Ian... that is one kickarse macro shot... apparently the Siggy 180 does it as well as the 150. Crazy good IQ and brilliant capture.
