absolutely beatyfull shot Linda ! - you are obviously right about the primes, there is such a nice 3-dimensionality in your image, and you could easily have a stunning Very-Large-Format-Print of that one at a fair price if you find a shop with one of those Canon iPF 8000 banner printers, just an idea .-)

Yesterday I made my first Fred Miranda post on this "Best Nikon" thread. I would like to share with you another of my favorite photos (it's on my living room wall)--even though it wasn't shot on a Nikon, just a simple Kodak point-and-shoot. Oh, well, I just didn't KNOW I was a Nikonian until I got my D200!
This shot was taken on another trip to Arizona--July 2005 in Sedona.
Thanks for all the nice comments. As to all the "once in a lifetime" comments. Actually, everything you see and do is once in a lifetime. Something will always make each experience unique.
VickiB, I have a football sized hunk of that blood red Sedona sandstone that I use as a garden gate door stop. Picked it up 27 years ago...right on the left portion of your photo....thanks for the memories.
