Thank you for the kind replies. I've edited and posted this image a while ago, so i'm not so sure what i've done to get it to look like this. The original nef looked rather dull, i've increased the contrast and experimented a lot with the NIK filter suite to get this look. I also recal local editing, like contrast adjustments on the water and several saturation increasements on the foliage and brown/yellow rocks.

nah just simple stuffs really it is Guy that gets out there , you know those guys over the pond have it made really in some ways, so much time on holiday as they say

i have been spending my winters down in Florida and Texas for the past 5 years. does not look like i will make it there this year and wouldn't you know it , it is one of the coldest winters in a decade or so here in minneapolis. When i am in Florida i am working but take some time to get out. I usually live in the beautiful panhandle near the GA border but the Appalachiacola coast is only 90miles away and all thru the most beautiful of forests.
