Just noticed that the specs on my new Pocket Wizard II Plus show it capable of triggering at 12 fps... any chance that they'd have had some insight into keeping up with the soon-to-be released 1D replacement?
Good Snooping, 12fps would be great, but 14-15fps would be more inline with the past 66% increase is SS, so maybe canon is breaking it's mold and going down to 50% increase...

As far as your question goes ... tough call, but if I would have to put money on one candidate, I'd say the 40D is the most urgent. It's not just lost sales in a lucrative segment of the market, it's also the biggest money maker lens-wise, because the average xxD buyer will get more glassware than a typical xxxD user.
Those who doubt The Erwin will be delegated to a lower photographic caste after PMA.

Can you get Macro or IS on the Hubble? In keeping with the current train of thought? DO?
I believe the current hubble is DO-ish. If IS is necessary something is horribly wrong. Macro yes, micro no. (The hubble uses correct english. So does Nikon)
I know I am going to get flamed but what the hell...
"The Erwin"? have people lost their bloody minds? To attribute a rumored camera a name based on a person who publishes a rumor that has no more validity than any other rumor on a website that is quirky and among the most technically unsophisticated around and who can't even manage to not use 1D and D1 interchanageably is lunacy! If Ken Rockwell had published the same rumor would people be referring to it as the "Ken" or the "Rockwell" or don't we like Kenny enough around here to give him credit? Maybe it has nothing to do with thinking Ken is a nutcase most of the time and a degree of respect is bestowed on Erwin because he writes about Leica and since Leicas are better than Canons it is obvious that he knows more than everyone else.

It's all mirrors baby Including COSTAR, the Corrective Optical Space Telescope Axial Replacement, that had to be employed to correct the main mirror flaw. No diffractive optics out there.
And it doesn't just have IS, Hubble has Über-IS: The Pointing Control System (PCS) uses gyroscopes to keep the Hubble aimed: It can keep a laserbeam, firing from Los Angeles, aimed within a dime-sized radius at San Francisco.

Yeah, what is with that.
Now, if it was from Ken Rockwell it wouldn't be "Big Ken". It would be.....um....something else.
